About our founder, Melda Simon

Since the early 2000’s Melda has been building communication campaigns for a variety of consumer categories. After training as a journalist, she has worked as a consultant for global agencies and in-house for FTSE 500 companies. Her experience includes Unilever, UN Women, Gucci, Max Factor, Pernod Ricard and more. 

Melda is passionate about making positive change happen and launched Little Fires to focus her energy on helping brands to become more sustainable and helping sustainable brands tell their stories to the world and grow.
